Shipping: Be sure to package your parts in a sturdy box, crate, or tube. Please put small parts in a Ziploc bag. Use plenty of newspaper to cushion your parts. Enclose a packing list in your box. List all parts and quantity's. Include your name, street address (no P.O. boxes), zip code and daytime phone number. We will ship UPS, C.O.D. Certified check or money order only, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Disassembly: All Parts must be disassembled 100% We will charge you a minimum of $25.00 to disassemble. If we cannot disassemble your part, we will ship it back to you freight collect. We are not responsible for lost or extra unpolished or unplated parts.

Warranty: Chrome plating is guaranteed to be free from defective workmanship to the original purchaser. Under this warranty the part will be processed at our discretion, without charge for the plating . The part must be returned to us ( shipping cost are not refundable) with a copy of the original in voice. The warranty does not apply to plating that has been misused or abused. The warranty covers a period of one year from the date the part was originally processed, not from the date installed. We apply no disassembly and or assembly cost. This is a one year limited warranty. No other warranty is either expressed or implied. Any adjustments made after this time will be at the discretion of Chromemasters Inc.

Production Plating: Production polishing and plating for manufactures is welcome. We are currently running parts for several large manufactures. We would like to quote you a price on your parts.
